Piercy Resident, Uma Phillips joined our Piercy Volunteer Fire Department on January 5th. Uma will begin her training courses in March and will spend the following 6 months to qualify as a certified firefighter. Uma's additional goal is to complete an EMT program. Welcome, Uma!

Alderpoint VFD welcomes the Piercy Volunteer Fire Department donated Type 6 “Quick Attack” Fire Engine to help provide their Firefighters an Emergency First Responder vehicle suited for all the road conditions in the Alderpoint Coverage area and their Sphere of Influence region. Fire Captain Cardoza stated “PVFD was able to make this donation as we are expecting to receive our new Type 6, part of a major grant awarded by Senator McQuire, in December 2025.
